I can’t speak on what the company does but Van 961800 tag #RCH B05 drives extremely reckless. The male driver was reckless, following way too closely to other drivers, and sped through a school zone.
I had a Trident employee come to my house to give an EKG: the Leeds didn't work on the machine, so she said she'd return the following day; she didn't; called Trident several times to no avail.Today I received a BILL for the EKG which was never administered.If you use Trident, GOOD LUCK! An absolutely awful company. They scheduled a tech visit from 4:30-7:30 for my mom and nobody ever showed up. I called four times, nobody answers the phone and now I’m left scratching my head. Not even sure how this company is in business, to be honest.
The customer service staff is rude, and the service is disappointing.
