Terrible ownership
7158 Harbourside is Exceptional! I spoke with Cecile and she was so kind and personable. I also spoke with who I believe was Roz and she was just as accommodating. My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 16 years, and Shelter Cove is our favorite area of the island. 7158 Harbourside 2 does not disappoint! We could not be happier with our extended Shelter Cove stay through Trident Rentals! The villa was wonderful…very clean and comfortable, great view overlooking Broad Creek (so nice to watch the birds, boats, and occasionally dolphins!). The team at Trident were wonderful; very helpful, responsive and friendly. We’re looking forward to coming back!
Booked a very last minute mini vacation August 2-6th 2025 in Palmetto Dunes with Trident and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. These ladies were so helpful and hospitable, can’t give this place enough credit. Being such short notice we were able to bring our dog Winnie along with us to the beach and Trident made that possible at an affordable price. I will definitely keep Trident in mind for future vacations with Winnie!
We are staying in 255 Captain Quarters. The rental itself is perfect. Beautiful view and nice furniture.
