My eldery Mother needs chest xray for possible pneumonia. Day 4 still not showing up. Day after day of no shows. You would think they would make you priority after not showing up but they don't. Dispatcher says they don't come after dark. Tech don't respond to phone calls. Dispatchers don't supply ETA's. Call center very polite and helpful but techs never show up. Best bet, call for transport and go to local ER.
