Trident Trikes is a phenomenal place and the owner is so patient and helpful, it is worth the over four hour ride from my home to go to Trident Trikes!
Loved the fact that Tom the owner was right there to answer the phone anytime I called during the wait for my trike to arrive.... I received very helpful and friendly service from him during every call. its not everyday you get to speak directly with the owner of the company. I finally took my Spike out for a long ride last night and I am ECSTATIC with the experience so far! Good design, quality trike at a decent price compared to other trikes.
I have never been able to ride mine more than an hour and the drive rim strips out. you made me pay an arm and a leg to have a new hub sent to canada. it never lasted an hour. if you were legit the least you could do is sell your own quality equipment. or make the bike so people who purchase it can replace your inferior crap with quality pieces. But nothing fits. cant even buy a decent big wheel rim so I can ride this piece of crap. thousands on buying it and thousands to have it fixed. I've never been able to ride more than... read more
