I’ve never worked out before, but training with Matt has been a total game-changer this last 2 years. He pushes my abilities with his knowledgeable understanding of the human body. I never thought I’d look forward to exercising, but with Matt’s encouragement, tailored workouts, and all sorts of cool equipment I actually do! As a 50 year old female my goals are to improve my strength and mobility and improve bone health….every hour in the gym now is less time in a nursing home later!
What started as just “going to the gym” later became something much more than that. Over the past two years, I’ve improved immensely both physically, and mentally because of this program. Coach Matt is like the coolest professor on campus. He’s super smart, caring, and fun to be around. With how hard gyms can be to make it a place everyone can feel accepted, Matt achieves this with ease. My nickname for Matt is MattGPT. He knows everything and sees everything (beware sandbaggers). He may not be even be human idk. What I do know is the time i've spent in his gym with his masterful programming, his exquisitely curated equipment and his personalized feedback has been the best investment of my life.
