We took over a building and needed to get the fire panel monitor up and running, and Trident took care of us quickly and efficiently.
Trident Fire Inspection provided one of the worst service experiences I've had. First, I was never informed when the fire inspection was being conducted—I only found out after receiving an invoice. No one contacted me after the visit, and I was never given a report or explanation of the results.
