Been trying to get a quote now for over 3 weeks. Receptions keeps saying they'll call me back but they never. Absolutely horrible, very unprofessional. Trust me guys, go elsewhere.
Horrible service! Expect no return calls, went months and months with issues. Whole point of having a security system is it actually working right? Well then go somewhere else!
Wow, just had the worst "reception" experience in recent memory. The person answering the phone was incredibly rude. I waited on hold for 7 minutes after my initial call so I hung up and dialed again. Again rude, and when I mentioned I had been on hold for sometime and asked if she could she take a message - I was told I would have to "wait my turn and you'll have to go back in line." Was excited when I was able to get someone to come out right away to look at my property. That was on 1/4/17. It is now 1/31/17 and I have yet to receive my quote so we can start NOR does anyone ever return my calls! I had to call John from my cell phone to get an answer and he said he sent me a bid and would re-send again. Ive never received anything! Horrible follow up. Guess we wont be going with them!
Trident Security installed some security cameras at our store a few years. They have worked great and anytime I have questions, John is there with an answer right away. I highly recommend John and Trident Security.
