On 02/20/2026, we had a 6:00 AM delivery appointment for a -10°F load. We checked in around 7:00 AM and were assigned a door immediately. Unloading started around 7:20 AM, and we were empty by 7:45 AM, receiving the POD. It was very fast—thank you to the team!
Right after I made the phone call to have the gate opened, I was greeted by someone who checked the reefer temperature. I was very well received — a very friendly person with a great attitude. I believe he was responsible for loading the freight and operating the forklift. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Congratulations on the excellent work and dedication.
