I had mold in my bathroom so I placed a call to Trident Restoration. They got me scheduled quick. Nick came out and did a thorough inspection inside my home and in my crawl space. He kept me in the loop of what he was finding and doing. He worked hand and hand with my insurance company and got an estimate in quickly. Once he got the go the work started quickly. I haven’t used their services quite yet, as we are waiting an estimate. However, after my call with Nick, I felt strongly on leaving praise for him and this company. Nearly 8pm on a Friday night, and he reached out to find out about our situation. He showed me compassion and care. He even offered to come the following morning, making over a 40min drive to offer guidance and peace of mind. That alone speaks volumes of how this company isn’t there to “just do a job”. Wonderful company. Veteran owned. The owners are amazing people and are active members in the community. The employees are all very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are certified in many different fields. The work is done fast, and correctly the 1st time they come, so no need to worry and stress if your home or buisness is getting the care it needs! I would definitely recommend this company for all your restoration needs!
