Do not...I repeat DO NOT use this company for any work on your pool. We signed a contract with them in the beginning of March to get a new pool liner installed...boy was that a mistake. After they received our 70% deposit the communication drastically decreased. Twice they were scheduled to come and install our liner and twice they no called no showed and had poor reasoning for why they did not show up. Then in May we were promised a full refund as they could not handle the work right now....still have not received our refun... read more
Jacob was in charge of taking care of the hot tub at our vacation rental. He was supposed to service it every 2 weeks. Several times we got calls from guests that the hot tub was dirty and we come to find out he's just ghosted us and stopped doing the work without communicating. We spent over a thousand dollars reimbursing disappointed guests at our high end property because of his lack of communication and poor workmanship.
