NP wanted to treat me based off an xray...never examined me...told me they would only do injections. Terrible customer service she stated she didnt know or care about me...dont go...pretend to be a pain clininc...just want money for injections
Dr. Bhandari is amazing he has great energy and really walks you through the process as he doing the procedure. He has really light hands as the procedure felt pain free!! Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been coming here for several years for migraine Botox treatments and the experience is consistently excellent. Christina is always kind, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Novak is a pleasure to speak with and I truly enjoy every visit to this office.
This is BY FAR the best pain clinic I’ve been to in SA. The staff is amazing, esp their office manager, Christina. They do their job w/ a smile! They always have a good attitude, they always follow-through, they’re always kind. Dr B and his PA, Joe, are also fantastic!! They listen and come up with actionable solutions. I never feel like they’re rushing me. Their injections are effective (which for me, says A LOT). If you need a pain doctor, you won’t go wrong w: this clinic!!
I would like to give a review on Cristina p. She sits in the office and takes everyone's names . Always so kind and patient . Always making things happen for the patients working around there schedule . Very sweet woman. Always with positive vibes we need more nurses like herself at Drs offices ! Always on her Q's and P's Literally always working hard and staying busy and and productive every visit I have there with all the patients 🩷 Id give her 100 star review everytime again n again 🥰
