worked both in the office and as a floor nurse. Management is always doing its best to improve its product and only hire the best. The owner is compassionate and gave out large bonus' from his pocket during COVID. He understands the worth of nurses and only wants to hire quality to sent to facilities.
I did an application there and had to call and follow up myself because no one responded. Finally someone called and said I would hear from him next week. Lol it’s been almost a year later. Nurses don’t waste your time! Too many options to receive good service. Also I worked for them years ago and it wasn’t like this.
Excellent company to work for! I have worked full time for them as an RN for 3 years and never have any issues with confirmed shifts or pay. Scott, Jack and Diana are always available if a problem or question arises and readily resolve any issues at hand. The pay is always higher than competing companies and have frequent bonuses available. The company is easy to work for and they genuinely care about their employees as well as the employees family. It’s truly an honor to work for them.
Horrible place for nurses! They don’t always pay on day they are are supposed to and they are not managed correctly.
