They are incredibly irresponsible. Four years ago, we bought a "new" complete A/C system for the apartment. It never cooled properly; after many calls, they came out, changed the control unit, and cut the filter section—yes, they actually cut it to try to "solve the problem," but it never worked right; the apartment just felt somewhat cool. Truly trustworthy, responsive, and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Saw a driver today have a lot of road rage for no reason. In case you're wondering, he got off at Lyell Ave a bit before 7am from 390 going south. So I have no idea how you guys are at your jobs, but I'm never going to hire you if you're drivers are rude. Hope that driver finds some patience while I find another heating and cooling place :)
