impossible to get a hold of
very responsive managers!
Our family has lived at 128 Marine Ave for going on 10 yrs. Obviously, if it wasn't a great building we wouldn't have stayed this long. Bob & his family and all of his crew go out of their way to solve any problem that comes up. The building is in the classic Brooklyn style of the late 20's and it's been restored to it's glory days, with high ceilings and hardwood parquet floors....a five minute walk for groceries & a five minute walk to river...it's been the perfect location for us.
You will never have a more outstanding landlord. 10 stars
