I can already tell this is going to be an amazing experience. I always wanted to do CrossFit and it has been so welcoming so far. I love the attention to detail by the coaches and ensuring your form is perfect before adding weights. I’m hooked so far
I've been a member of the gym for about a month and have had several personal training sessions over that time. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are excellent instructors. Everyone at the gym -- the coaches and the other members -- are very friendly and welcoming. I couldn't be more excited to be a member at Trident!

Visiting from out of town. Came during open gym time. Great gym to come work Olympic weightlifting!! Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Excellent selection of equipment! I will drop in again.
