Very bad management when it comes to taking liability for ongoing issues. My personal experience has been with Momir Petković in management at the SCALA residences. They unfairly ticketed our guest after we left a voice message with all the necessary information. They claimed that it was our responsibility to go downstairs and ensure that the information was put into the system correctly not theirs.
