Sitting in the waiting room waiting as I type this. You guys suck and the system you use doesn't work. Im waiting the same amount of time regardless if I scheduled an appointment or not, and guess what, at the end of the day im still not getting my blood work. Don't bother going to this location unless you have over an hour to kill for 2 min of blood work. Santa fe/ hell even if you drove to Albquerque and back, you'd be done quicker than it takes to get done here. I'll tell you what's really wrong with this country (im 27),... read more

Appointment recommended. They are overworked. I wish they would update their systems and hire more people since I feel bad for them doing the best they can.

Staff was kind but with a rating of 2.6 this place clearly does not care about their level of service. The sign in booth gives you a ticket and asks if you want to get a text when your number is called but they don’t give you any estimation of wait time or number of tickets ahead of you so what is the point. And there is no one working a desk to talk to. I guess it’s better than going to the hospital where they charge you $2000.00 for basic annual blood work.
