Very unprofessional and took forever. I should have just gone to Santa Fe and it would have been faster. After I got in the room to have my blood drawn, I sat there for 45 minutes to an hour while the person tried to figure out what to do and still messed it up so I had to go back. Also another worker kept coming in and gossiping while I was sitting there.

Sitting in the waiting room waiting as I type this. You guys suck and the system you use doesn't work. Im waiting the same amount of time regardless if I scheduled an appointment or not, and guess what, at the end of the day im still not getting my blood work. Don't bother going to this location unless you have over an hour to kill for 2 min of blood work. Santa fe/ hell even if you drove to Albquerque and back, you'd be done quicker than it takes to get done here. I'll tell you what's really wrong with this country (im 27),... read more

Appointment recommended. They are overworked. I wish they would update their systems and hire more people since I feel bad for them doing the best they can.
