Same place, New decade…I used to frequent this location when PCP was nearby. My experiences here had me promise self to leave Tricore. Back to this location today, as I needed a blood draw and was nearby. Absolutely nothing has changed at all. Of all the Tricore locations this may be the very worst for services. As staff now laughs, silent folks wait and wait and wait and I am out of here.
Waiting time was 12 minutes! Excellent customer service! Karina was great. She was able to draw my blood right away. Made me feel very comfortable. Also used a butterfly needle which was perfect!
They are so slow they take more breaks and talk more then they work. And some of them don't no how to poke right worst TriCore I been to
