Zero stars for TriCore as a company. I want to be clear that I have always had pleasant experiences with the individual phlebotomists and front-desk staff. My complaint is with TriCore’s operations, communication, and repeated failure to provide the STAT testing it promises. TriCore has consistently failed to honor its commitment to provide STAT laboratory results.
