I almost always walk in to the clinic without an appointment and have little or no wait. I manage to get there at “off hours” and perhaps that adds to the expediency of the attention they give me. The staff/nurses generally are are friendly and in noticeable good moods. As far as the actual blood taking goes, they all seem well practiced and thorough. All in all a relatively painless nearly pleasant experience. Well recommended.

The lab technician unlocked the doors, I entered the building at 7:59am as someone would naturally do after a door is unlocked. When I and the 5 other patients entered, the greeting we were met with by a staff member was a hostile, "Next time we open at 8am!" Then they walked away and left us in the lobby. We were shocked. I can't think of a better way to make your patients feel unwelcome and uncomfortable than that, especially before getting poked by a needle by them.
