I waited for 45 min to get a tech who had no idea what she was doing. I have big veins. She picked the smallest one, stabbed through it and blew out the vein. I almost passed out and had to come back later. It’s so frustrating.

I love this location. Quick access from Truman center close by. They are rarely busy and even if they are they are usually fast. I have to lay down because I faint with blood draw and they always accommodate me. Thank yall for your service and great work!
