The following mistakes were made by Tri-Core today when going in for standard simple tests. 1. My doctors office had sent the test orders to their office. They did not have them, ,blamed doctor's office. It was Tri-Core's error. I brought back up copies since medical paperwork seems to be is a problem for many medical faculties. 2. Took over 15 minutes for them to do intake, although I have been there several times over the years and standard blood test. I could see others being done much faster. Tech didn’t allow alcohol to dry before doing lab draw. When he pulled needle out it really burned. He states “ you will live” not I am sorry just rude. 0/10 would not recommend this lab. Unfortunately I am someone who has to have frequent lab draws I will not be returning to this location.
I went here to give a fecal sample and the process was about as smooth as possible(pun intended). The woman at reception was very helpful, and although I didn't meet any of the other techs, I hope they have fun playing with my stool.
I usually use Christus for all lab work but I used tri core this time as I was informed by my husband that it is significantly lower in cost. Well, I would rather pay more than deal with the rude women who were at their desks. One woman as soon as I walked in barked at me saying “if this is for bloodwork you need a ticket” I wasn’t there for bloodwork, so i proceeded to explain that I wasn’t there for bloodwork but got cut off, and she says “for anything else you need a ticket too!” So she shooks gave just said that to begin... read more
