Waited with 15 other people this morning to get tests done. They didn't have internet, there was no visible staff to help, and eventually the people at the other desks (non-tricore) told us to give up because IT wouldn't be there for at least an hour. Even if it all would have worked, there was no staff to handle the people there with 7am appointments. Ridiculous system and poor planning.
Their computer systems went down while we were waiting. We were given an announcement "computers are down, we can't do anything". They apparently don't have Standard Operating Procedures for explaining when this happens to those waiting, or to provide direction for those that have timely labs. Eventually it became evident that the computer has the orders and only if you had orders in hand could you get your labs drawn.
