I am a physician and today I went to Tricore at Presbytarian Hospital in Santa Fe to get monthly blood work done. My doctor had omitted several tests from the order. The lab was going to close in 25 minutes. I was frustrated . Destiny did a fantastic job. She hopped on the phone and after being placed on hold for at least 5 minutes, she was able to arrange for a STAT order to be placed which prevented me from having to come back to have more blood drawn. I've had to go to Tricore a LOT over the past year, most recently because I'm pregnant. I've gone to several locations, mostly in Albuquerque, they're all just cramped or weird, they are what they are. This location is great. The techs are all really nice, it's never busy even a little bit, very quick in and out. I definitely recommend it if you have to go for any time duration tests like a one-hour glucose challenge because there's a nice quiet seating area to kill time as well as a cafeteria directly below with tables you ... read more
A few months ago, I was there for a standard visit. Very fast and very professional.
This is the BEST blood draw location in Santa Fe. Brianna and Faith are excellent phlebotomists. I really appreciate their genuine care and skill. Thanks for taking care of me 💕
