Understaffed and overworked, but excellent care workers doing their best to keep up with an overcrowded waiting room. Was much smoother in past years (perhaps lost some fed funding or...?) Anyway, please make an appointment online via TriCore's Silver City NM page or be prepared for a long gueling wait. Sorry. Hopefully they get more help soon.
Seems clean but the wait is absolutely ridiculous
I appreciate that Silver City has a TriCore... Although, every time I go in for lab work I am left bruised for 3 weeks from the draw site. They tell me how good my veins look to draw and then fiddle and fuss to get the blood flowing once they've already inserted the needle. One woman is extremely cranky and the other talks so much she makes me anxious. I can deal with that but walking around looking like I've been doing other things besides a routine blood draw on my arm is upsetting. I'm healthy and in my 40s so there's no ... read more
