I have a special needs child whom I had to leave his wheelchair at the specialist office to make sure I got to my appointment on time at noon. There was no one in the office, 10 min later they come in and are talking to each other they finally acknowledge me as I am standing in their line of vision and tell me hey are still on lunch and haven't clocked in. They have zero clue about running appointments!! Kicked me out of the lobby at 12:58 for a 1:00 appointment!!! I wish someone would call me
I have been sitting in Silver Health Care since 9:00 this morning and it is now 10 minutes to 12:00 and I might get my blood drawn. Silver Healthcare said I did not need an appointment but it seems as though you can make an appointment online or go to a different location i'm glad somebody at Silver Healthcare has told me about i will make a complaint about them next next
Quick office visit but repeatedly failed to fax to dr as instructed and won’t provide a paper copy of results when requested
Understaffed and overworked, but excellent care workers doing their best to keep up with an overcrowded waiting room. Was much smoother in past years (perhaps lost some fed funding or...?) Anyway, please make an appointment online via TriCore's Silver City NM page or be prepared for a long gueling wait. Sorry. Hopefully they get more help soon.
