Seems clean but the wait is absolutely ridiculous

I appreciate that Silver City has a TriCore... Although, every time I go in for lab work I am left bruised for 3 weeks from the draw site. They tell me how good my veins look to draw and then fiddle and fuss to get the blood flowing once they've already inserted the needle. One woman is extremely cranky and the other talks so much she makes me anxious. I can deal with that but walking around looking like I've been doing other things besides a routine blood draw on my arm is upsetting. I'm healthy and in my 40s so there's no ... read more

My 3rd visit today was equally as pleasant as my first and second. The staff was kind, took time to make sure the orders are clearly recorded and positively responded to my request regarding needle type and size. Paula, phlebotomist, is professional and pleasantly responsive in patient care. Using the online appointment system is a breeze. Thanks TriCore Silver City !
