Always professional and quick.
Olivia Cordova was extremely unprofessional. I was called to her station then another patient was also called to her station and she left me and went to help her. I told her I was next and in a hurry and she told me that if I was in a hurry I should not have come when they were busy. I asked for her name and expressed how I felt she was being rude. TriCore can't be counted on to actually get your labs sent to your doctor. Every time we've had to waste time and effort to get the labs and send them on ourselves. Be prepared to log into their Patient Portal and do their work for them.
