This is not just a gym, this is a community. One that welcomes any and all, and is supportive and encouraging. I recently had a very negative and downshifting experience with high-pressure sales from a "women's only" gym. Tri-Core is the OPPOSITE of that. TriCore is very welcoming, competent and professional. I came in as a complete beginner and felt comfortable immediately. McKinsey is my trainer and her very best skill is that she listens. This isn’t some cookie-cutter instruction, she tailors each workout with a plan but also listens to how I react. I highly recommend TriCore.
Why do I love tricore fitness?The environment is friendly and so are the trainers.I highly recommend Mckensie. Not only is she patient knowledgeable, encouraging in not a pushy way and compassionate, but she also considers the kind of exercising you really need.if one of them doesn't work,she will find one that will. She has also been injured, so she understands how to work with those who have as well. Please give her try.You won't be disappointed.
