Bad customer service. Tricor's bad customer service has a affected my business negatively.
This probably goes without saying, but please make sure your coverage is correct. I had such confidence in them that I blindly believed they made the appropriate changes when we replaced our primary vehicles. Two years later, I learned they had a vehicle we no longer owned, covered on our policy. They accepted no responsibility, even though email documentation was provided advising that previous vehicles were to be removed. That's a mistake I won't make again!
These guys have been awesome to work with!!
