Ramona was very courteous. She answered our questions, and advised us on options available.
This is insurance agency which does not provide support to their insured. More specifically, Ryan Jenness is not responsive in claims handling nor wants to help with it. We asked him to help up connect with adjusters (non responsive) and he is neglecting our emails and texts. Insured deserve more than just an agent who sells policy. JDS TRUCKING & REPAIR
Horrible company to get insurance from. I tried to cancel my adult child off my policy(no longer lives with me and doesn't have a car) but they insist I let them know what car she is driving. Impossible to insure something that doesn't exists. But I keep getting charged anyway. Do not use this company!!
