All I can say is this place is a joke. If you ask any kind of question you get told “I’ll get back to you tomorrow and they still are unable to answer. I have had my rates escalation 100/month for 3 months. And when I called and inquired why, I was told it is a catch up imbursement; they could not give me any particulars just that answer. YOU got to be kidding; catch up payment for 3 months.
