Went to one on Gulf Freeway in Houston.Pleasant! We left with a vehicle that day! Great customer service
SCAM ALERT!! don't finance your car with them. I asked for payoff request multiple times and hardly got a response from them and when I did there payment amount was way off. Be sure to ask for the "Amortization schedule" with the amounts because they will screw you over with at least $400 difference. Received 2 payoff amounts and none of them ever matched what the balance was suppose to be. Their customer service is horrible, called on 4 separate occasions and waited over an hour each time till someone picked up the phone on... read more

The worst extended warranty company EVER. They ask to much questions even if they don't have any experience as a mechanics or even if they don't have an appraisal with solid knowledge in the area. They are no reasonable persons. They are so nice when they try to sell the extended warranty but they are so rude when you try to get the benefit. They delay the process as per their convenience.
