Lived here a couple of years and always struggled with communication with them. Moved out a couple of months ago, received a move out statement with a small balance due, paid it via cashiers check, and just got a notification I was sent to collections anyway, plus they’re trying to charge additional amounts that weren’t even listed on the final account statement. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will continue to make problems for this site and this company until they rectify this situation.
Came to tour at 2pm ,sign on door says “return at 9:00” . I called the office, went through 2 AI agents to get to live person named Jaylen, just to be hung up on when I asked if I could tour. I called 4 times and was hung up on 4 times. The online self-guided tour is asking for a payment to “confirm ID.” I’ve never had to give payment info for a tour. Do they not want these homes to get rented?
Such a cute community! I immediately felt like it was family focused. The girl in the model home, Jessica, is so sweet and helpful - I tried to tour but couldn't get my phone to work because I am old. But Jessica came to help me get in to see see the home I am interested in which is near the pool. I love that there is a huge dog park for my BuffWuffs and a playground for when my grandkids come to visit. I am still shopping but this is my top choice!
