EDIT after a few months of living here DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DRIVE SOMETHING THAT DOESNT FIT IN A GARAGE The parking is an absolute nightmare. They don't monitor the lot at all and after 5PM or on the weekends there is ZERO parking available. People park behind their garages and on the fire lanes on a nightly basis because of it.
