We absolutely love our home but there is NO parking for residents or guests in the evenings. We have one spot in the garage which we use but we have another vehicle. After a long day when you arrive home the last thing you want to do is look for parking for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to pull out of a spot.
If I could give zero stars I would. Tricon has been the worst living situation for my husband and I. When we moved in it was nice but has gone downhill. Since moving in, here are the problems that we have brought to management that have never been addressed: a SHOOTING in the complex on New Year’s Eve, section 8 housing being accepted without informing tenants, dog crap across the entire facility that smells for 20+ feet, and now they are trying to charge us an absurd amount upon our move out. Shady company with a shady management team. They lie and will do whatever they can to take advantage of their renters. PSA if you are a pet owner, even though it is not stated in the lease agreement, they WILL charge you for a complete carpet replacement upon move out regardless of the condition of the carpet. We left the carpet spotless (we had pictures for proof) after having it professionally cleaned. Tried scheduling a tour but was only given the self tour option. Upon Arrival we got a notification the door was unlocked and unfortunately after multiple attempts through the link it was still locked. Attempted to call customer service and got no answer. Also attempted to call leasing consultant Brenda and was sent to voicemail multiple times. Atmosphere of the community was nice. Liked that the advertise deals for Military unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of those.
Although I chose not to live here, Lesley was super helpful with answering any questions I had, and would recommend speaking with her for property inquiries.
