Where do I start….. we’ve lived at Tricon for a 6 months now and the management has been a nightmare. They feed you absolute lies to get you to sign your lease. They told us if you find that you need to switch to a different floor plan you can after 8 months. Well, they left out the key facts that you need to buy out 60 days of your current lease and whatever concessions they made. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t have came to Tricon. Edited : Because below apparently I had the name wrong of one of the leasing agents. Looks like it is someone who works here to make a comment below not a resident. My 8 year old daughter shouted in pool for about 2-3 seconds. One of the woman that works for leasing office, black shorter hair, pale skin. (Describing because I got name wrong) came out saying to cool it down and complained to me. Summer day 4 pm , no empathy for children playing. Brittney, the Resident Relations Specialist mentioned in the review, has not been at Tricon Wildomar since April. Therefore, this review contains inaccurate information. Beware when you sign your lease for Tricon Wildomar. They will miscalculate your 6 week free amount on your lease and refuse to make it right. The townhomes seemed to be built by people fresh on the job. Paint is splattered on walls and electrical outlet panels lean to one side. Your heater may go out. The gym has limited hours and closes at 8pm. The walls are thin you can hear your neighbors. They don’t offer pest control for the outside barrier of your home.
