Shady company with a shady management team. They lie and will do whatever they can to take advantage of their renters. PSA if you are a pet owner, even though it is not stated in the lease agreement, they WILL charge you for a complete carpet replacement upon move out regardless of the condition of the carpet. We left the carpet spotless (we had pictures for proof) after having it professionally cleaned. Tried scheduling a tour but was only given the self tour option. Upon Arrival we got a notification the door was unlocked and unfortunately after multiple attempts through the link it was still locked. Attempted to call customer service and got no answer. Also attempted to call leasing consultant Brenda and was sent to voicemail multiple times. Atmosphere of the community was nice. Liked that the advertise deals for Military unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of those.
Although I chose not to live here, Lesley was super helpful with answering any questions I had, and would recommend speaking with her for property inquiries.
LITERALLY no one's ever at the front office and no one returns calls , everyone here is parking infront of their garages which is not allowed !!!! i've tried to reach out to the front office about people parking infront of their garages , i can't even get out of my own garage due to others parking infront of their garages .
