We've had nothing but negative experiences living here. Poor maintenance work and a lack of knowledge from the site supervisor are just a few issues we've encountered. Furthermore, as Hispanic U.S. citizens, our 14-year-old autistic son has been subjected to harassment from other residents. EDIT after a few months of living here DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DRIVE SOMETHING THAT DOESNT FIT IN A GARAGE The parking is an absolute nightmare. They don't monitor the lot at all and after 5PM or on the weekends there is ZERO parking available. People park behind their garages and on the fire lanes on a nightly basis because of it. My personal vehicle doesn't fit in a garage so unless I want to be one of those people, I am stuck at home.
