Charged us DOUBLE rent for March. My account is now negative 2600 because the payment portal rejected my first payment even though I had the money. Also the office staff is NEVER there. I have needed a new mail key for THREE MONTHS.
I am highly appalled with the lack of communication from Tiffany H. And overall disappointed with her “managerial skills”From rats to mold to maintenance having to fix our garage door only to making it worse than before, Tricon Veranda is certainly not a place I’d recommend to live. Although the houses are cute, the managers lack of professionalism and how things are tackled are not. I can say without a doubt Jeremy would’ve done better
We have lived here a year and it has been a horrible, overpriced experience. Jeremy and Jenny attempted to make things better and are sweet. Tiffany H. has replaced Jeremy and things have gone from bad to worse. Tiffany does not return calls or address issues as Jeremy did. There is a reason the Department of Justice is investigating this company and its practices! The homes are poorly built, which is why the maintenance men are on a first name basis with most of us and are wonderful but spread too thin and can’t keep up wit... read more
My family had the awesome privilege of working with Mr. Jeremy. He was extremely courteous and professional. He listened and accommodated all of my families needs. He made this process extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I worked with two other ladies under Jeremy as well as a gentleman named Jonathon. All involved were a pleasure to work with.
