Have lived here now almost a year and it has been amazing, a lot of that has to do with the amazing staff. Jenny has always gone above and beyond to make sure people are happy and that problems get solved efficiently and quickly, she is a ray of sunshine for the neighborhood and always love getting to chat and talk with her.
Charged us DOUBLE rent for March. My account is now negative 2600 because the payment portal rejected my first payment even though I had the money. Also the office staff is NEVER there. I have needed a new mail key for THREE MONTHS.
I am highly appalled with the lack of communication from Tiffany H. And overall disappointed with her “managerial skills”From rats to mold to maintenance having to fix our garage door only to making it worse than before, Tricon Veranda is certainly not a place I’d recommend to live. Although the houses are cute, the managers lack of professionalism and how things are tackled are not. I can say without a doubt Jeremy would’ve done better
