What an outstanding idea and even better execution! Wendy was amazing in our onboarding process. The community is exactly we we were looking for-a lease in a safe, clean well-maintained community.
Everyone was friendly and the process went fairly smoothly. Was easy to view houses and pick the one we wanted. Was able to quickly close on it.
Update 3/6/25: THE PROBLM WITH THIS COMMUNITY IS THE OFFICE STAFF, NOT THE RESIDENTS. They allowed someone to move in with two large dogs. The dogs were locked in the backyard for four hours whining and barking. After complaining to the office they made a ridiculous comment that the dogs were just getting used to their new home. Really?!?!? After a year they finally sent out an email warning residents about illegal parking. Everyone quickly took care of the issues.
