What an amazing trio. We started with Kat which helped us get started with our search on her day off. Mel stepped in, and helped us finish the process. Everything went smoothly from the application process to the lease signing. They went above and beyond to make sure that my family could become residents. My experience with the rental application online was quite horrible with verifast verification not accepting my husband and I’s valid DL. We were so frustrated especially dealing with this over a long holiday weekend but Katherine was super helpful! She helped us on her weekend off to get this fixed for us which I believe is above and beyond! No one would respond to us but she did!
