I’ve been in Tricon home for over a year. So far I’ve had a great experience as far as getting things fixed in the home. They had promptly addressed my issues and concerns. I’ve heard stories from others who rent from Tricon about their bad experiences on getting things fixed in their homes.i have not experienced and I hope to not experience that level of customer service. So far so good. I feel my issues will come once I move out. Lol

I'm normally not one to leave reviews, but felt one was needed in this case. I had such an amazing experience with the team at Tricon Trinity Falls. Everything went smoothly from the application process to the lease signing. They went above and beyond to make sure that my family could become residents. Just an example of their awesomeness, there was an issue with the first property. Not only did they offer to transfer us to a new one, they made sure we had the keys that same day.
