Wendy was a great host. We decided to hold off on continuing the application after applying for personal reasons. Nothing to do with the community. Community seems great! They even refunded the application fee which was not expected.

From the application process to getting our keys our whole moving experience was smooth and professional. Our new home is beautiful I would definitely recommend to others.
We had a lot of Different experiences prior to finding Tricon. Months of applying and putting holding deposits down and awaiting call backs for availability. From the moment we stepped into Tricon we felt seen. Madelyn was amazing and helped me and our family find our home after months of stress and overpaying on month to month rent due to our lease ending.
