I recently moved out of my Tricon home, and overall the experience was great. We rented an older home in Saint Johns, FL, so it wasn’t brand new, but it was always safe, clean, and functional. We only had two minor maintenance issues during our lease, and both were handled the very next day. A special shoutout to Jimmy M, the superintendent who helped us during both move-in and move-out. I never even rented from them. There were so many issues with the application process, and the employees have no way to assist with any problems. They pay them to tell you "sorry we can't do anything about that" and to reach out to ask if you want to fill out an app. I will say, everyone I spoke to was very kind and I'm not here to bash employees...management needs to try gearing the company towards helping customers. I'm willing to pay and I need a place still! Tricon can't do anything about it though...
The maintenance guy CLIFF did an amazing job coming out to my close friends home and working on it today! HIGHLY professional, respectful, QUICK, & knowledgeable! HE NEEDS A RAISE ASAP SHE NEVER HAS A COMPLAINT WHEN HE COMES OUT
Scam! Went to look at a property. Arrived there and supposedly it couldn't detect my location. Many failed attempts to call and nothing, tried the chat feature, nothing.
Tricon Support. Valerie is awesome. She is the only one that was able to solve my problem. She is very polite and efficient. The other lady that I spoke before was so rude and impatient.
