I have been at my property for 5 years. We were with path light first and then 2 years ago it switched to Tricon. We recently were told that utilities had to be in our name instead of Conservice. We hated Conservice their billing cycle was confusing and sometimes inaccurate. I put utilities in my name as of Nov. I thought the utilities bill in December was the last. However Tricon is trying to charge me for a cycle that should of been paid. Communication has been awful and they won't let me pay rent till that bill is settled... read more

There is a lady in residential services over in the Southern California call center whose name is Cassidy. She is an absolute delight to talk to on the phone and incredibly helpful with getting a wide array of things done! I can't say every interaction with Tricon has been great, but my interaction with her for nearly an hour stands out above many companies of recent years. A+++ to her! Overall as a rental company, they definitely do better than many of the lower quality big names, but that does come at a fiscal premium!

To Carlos: I don’t usually leave reviews, but I believe it’s important to recognize people who truly go above and beyond, especially when it comes to where you live.
