I would give Tricon ZERO stars if I could. Their maintenance department has been one of the most frustrating parts of renting from this company. We have a leak in our pool, which is causing our electrical and water bill to be extremely high, and despite submitting a maintenance request, Tricon has done practically nothing about it. I would NOT recommend renting through Tricon Residential. When I moved out, I left the home in excellent condition, and I have photos documenting the condition of the property at move-out. Despite that, Tricon sent me a bill containing thousands of dollars in charges that I strongly dispute. Among the charges: • $2,000 for trash removal — Tricon claimed there was trash near the front door, in a bedroom, and in the garage. ⭐️ 1 Star I was a tenant with Tricon Residential, and unfortunately, my experience with their move-out process was extremely disappointing. After I moved out, I waited for a final statement regarding my security deposit of $1,184.50. I did not receive a clear notification explaining that I had a balance due or giving me an opportunity to address it before the account was sent to collections. Me & my family found not only a beautiful home, but was blessed with wonderful people who work for Tricon. Kyle has been great with helping us transition into our home. Her, Robert, & Luis have been very helpful with getting my questions answered. Thank you all for being Awesome!
