In the first section of the entrance on Tricon Peek Road, there are some renters from Memphis, Tennessee( orange mound-south memphis) . They often walk around with beer cans and marijuana, and loud music typically starts around 10:00 p.m. The unit regularly has about seven or eight individuals, with more arriving each week. I met Kyle at the model and she was great. Answered all of my questions and took me around the community - it is brand new. Not all of the homes are built yet but there is a nice pool and playground and Dog Park. The homes are farm style very cute I just cannot decide which plan to pick- if I want my bedroom on the 1st or 2nd floor...
The staff here is truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the living experience has been the complete opposite.
