I liked this subdivision in Katy. The Manager was exceptional at her job and so much fun. These are brand new two story homes for rent. Rent is higher than competition but they do offer some discounts and specials. My only drawback are the stairs. I am no longer a fan of climbing them. Have to decide on this one.
I want to say I was immediately contacted by Tim. So they are responsive which is a plus in the Katy area. Then I meant a wonderful young lady for the tour yesterday. Her name is Kyle. She will ensure you have a great experience. Go check them out! Oh! Another thing the property is beautiful. I love it!
I attempted to rent a property through this company and paid a total of $305 in required fees. After reviewing the lease, I had serious concerns, as several provisions appeared excessive and fee-driven. Despite reaching out multiple times via email to request clarification, I did not receive substantive responses to my questions. Kyle is absolutely awesome! She made my move-in process seamless and has been incredibly helpful from day one. Being new to Texas and relocating from another state, I had a lot of questions, and she always took the time to answer them and make me feel welcome. The entire staff is amazing! They are so helpful and very responsive. Since moving to Texas this has been a pleasant experience. It’s close to my children’s schools and very quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Thank you ☺️
