RENTER BEWARE!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I was the first tenant to move into this complex, and I truly wish I had known that this is not a traditional rental community. From the beginning, there were issues. We were originally scheduled to move in at the start of December 2023, but were notified last minute that construction delays pushed our move-in back two weeks. Update 4/27: So our washer and dryer can’t run simultaneously and our thermostat isn’t working properly either. The cleaning company arrived and sent one person. This woman was told to “just do a surface cleaning” and was hired for one hour of time. After doing a walkthrough with my wife she couldn’t imagine why she was only hired for one hour. Renting a place is one of the most stressful process. The uncertainty and worry can be heavy. I have been fortunate to witness times when someone has been extremely helpful. Brenda has been one of those people. She is amazing! Eased my worries and was so optimistic. She literally walked me through the process.
