Brenda was great, she helped us through the application process, she responded very quickly and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. So I have lived at Tricon Menifee since April of 2024. I wish I could say my stay here has been a great one, but sadly that isn’t the case. The rent here is not cheap!! Also there are added fees on your base rent. You have to pay a smart home fee plus water usage with your rent. You also have to pay for your own trash service as well. Which would be fine if the community was managed better. The parking is an absolute nightmare! We were helped through the whole process by Brenda and she was nothing short of amazing. she made our application feel as smooth as possible and she never failed to contact us as soon as she needed something from us for our application. We’re so excited to move into our new beautiful home.
