I must say I can’t even express how thankful I am to have found such a wonderful place to live. I’ve had bad experiences at previous rentals, but they have everything figured out at Tricon. The older woman that helped me in the office I believe her name is Stacy was helpful, but was very pushy to rent to me, which I didn’t really like. We met a young gentleman named William Manecke, who had a great smile along with very professional customer service skills, friendly and always making us feel right at home!.
The main reason one would rent from a community like this verse a single family home are the amenities. The Spa jets have been out, on a brand new spa for like three weeks now. We were hoping they would be working by the holiday weekend, but nothing. Why pay to live in a community for amenities if amenities are down more than they work?

From start to finish, Brenda, Stacey, and the entire Tricon Menifee team were incredible. They went above and beyond—making multiple last-minute edits to my request and always getting back to me promptly via email, phone, or text (whichever I asked for). The customer service was hands down the best I’ve experienced. They took the time to show me around as much as I needed, answered all my questions, and were just genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
