Good afternoon Tricon Team. I would like to give a shutout to your employee Robert as he is always on spotlight going above and beyond in this community!! We are all so happy to have such a great maintenance guy like him to take care of all of the community needs..
Not a great experience with leasing team but an employee in corporate took care of the issue.
My partner and I stopped by Tricon Menifee to look at the community, and Lesley was the team member who assisted us. She was super welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through everything and gave us helpful information without any pressure. Even though I haven’t applied yet, she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She’s definitely someone you want to work with if you’re considering moving here.
Just wanted to let the corporate people from Tricon know that they definitely have a star employee by the name of Robert the superintendent. They should be very happy of the work he does everyday and always on top of the community and also very professional with a great personality and attitude!! I’m very happy I chose Tricon for my family’s home.
Avoid this place! I contacted their “3rd party” screening company regarding our application and was told Tricon did not follow procedure. When I submitted a dispute for an inaccurate account, it came back as nonexistent. As expected, this place is discriminating against applicants and has still not provided a consumer report as a result. They have never contacted me, and if they spent a fraction of the time doing their job as they do responding to reviews, they’d have 5 star rating.
