I absolutely love Tricon. Everytime I have experienced any kind of issues it was immediately addressed and resolved. The only time I ran into any issues is when the wonderful leasing specialist "Jasmine " was out of office. But I also reached out to corporate and again my issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. And when we had this last fire going on. They definitely stepped up and cared for there residents. Definitely a nice property management team at Tricon
The houses in the community are great, well maintained, and working with Jasmine from Tricon Homes was a great experience.
Do good renting experiences exist in Reno? The dishwasher broke during the holidays, and it’s now been over a month without a fix. Communication could be improved, as I’ve been asked for updates instead of the management coordinating directly with the vendors. The resident app often doesn’t work, yet tenants still pay for features that aren’t reliable. Nice looking but, nobody works there and self tour doesn't work
We moved here thinking the experience would be exceptional. We have been here for a year and all year we've had electrical problems and have to constantly reset the breaker. We've told them over and over and their solution is "reset the breaker. Huge indication that these were rush homes, because why is half of the house losing power? Another disappointment is the fact that one of the fees we are charged for is the landscaping. The landscaping has not been done since November 2025.
