I'm shortening my review but I had a lousy experience with this place. I feel they are real shady, borderline crossing Fair Housing with ESA approval guidelines but whatever. Guess these big careless corporate owned out of state landlords can do whatever they want and you as the applicant better know your rights. Disgusted at my experience with multiple Tricon reps. Won't ever be back even if you rent out all of Reno.
As someone who has had to rent a lot in the past I have seen pleasant experiences and non-pleasant experiences. Working with Tricon, specifically Fabiola and Claudia has been great! Fabiola started us off right. She took time to show us the house on her day off and stayed with us talking to ensure we had a comfort about renting in a new community. This has been the best renting/leasing experience of our life so far. Our family had an emergency and had to find a new home and fast! The amazing women Claudia, Fabiola, and Kristen eased our worries and made moving so much easier. In the beginning we were scared as we have 3 young children including an infant and were scared we would not be able to get a new home fast enough. For starters Fabiola who has helped my family every step of the way !!! Helped with any and all questions we had and got us over every speed bump we encountered !!! 10/10 customer service !!!!
