Beautiful community, brand new updates homes with multiple different floor plans to fit your needs. Found the perfect house after looking for months with the help of their leasing manager Fabiola ( so kind and great communication) told me to come meet with jasmine ( so amazing and helpful ) their leasing agent to do a tour. Was blown away by the homes, the community, and the patience with the staff. We absolutely signed right away and so glad to call this our new home. Thank you jasmine and Fabiola!
Do good renting experiences exist in Reno? The dishwasher broke during the holidays, and it’s now been over a month without a fix. Communication could be improved, as I’ve been asked for updates instead of the management coordinating directly with the vendors. The resident app often doesn’t work, yet tenants still pay for features that aren’t reliable. I love our home it’s beautiful, but we’ve been having issues with our address not showing on gps , because of this issue we’ve had packages delivered to the wrong address multiple times( one address in particular) and unfortunately when we go to retrieve our packages from the people it was supposedly delivered to , they say they never got them, but the pictures shows their house. Not having the addresses updated on google maps is really affecting getting our orders and packages , Especially when our neighbors are taking them... read more
This has been the best renting/leasing experience of our life so far. Our family had an emergency and had to find a new home and fast! The amazing women Claudia, Fabiola, and Kristen eased our worries and made moving so much easier. In the beginning we were scared as we have 3 young children including an infant and were scared we would not be able to get a new home fast enough. The place is great, but it's hard to get a hold of someone via phone or email after you've become a resident. I've called, waiting for a call back since Saturday, and nothing. Sent emails as well and still waiting to hear back.
