Horrible property management
Move in process was fine, but they did not send us our move out packet within 30 days as REQUIRED BY LAW, but sent us to collections even after we pointed out their error. We knew we had to pay because we broke our lease, but were waiting for paperwork with final total from them. Do not recommend.
Tricon has been half bad and half good. But the bad is bad. The home we rented is VERY old, and Tricon did not do their job in making sure this home was safe. Within a month of moving in, a massive oak tree fell on our house and we were told we could move out or wait 3 months for repair. We had somewhere else to live for 3 months so we chose to stay. I see a lot of mixed reviews but all I know is Tricon is great. We got accepted same day, they even let us move in earlier than the window they had. Any questions or issues we had got handled quickly. The house is beautiful and the hot water is even better ! 😂✅
Montana is amazing! I have been with Tricon for about 3 years (and they have all been great) but when I see Montana is the technician coming to address any issues I may have, I know it will be handled. He goes the extra mile and is extremely pleasant to deal with.
