This has been the absolute worst rental experience I have ever had. They took over my existing lease, and immediately after I signed a new lease with them, they canceled my pool service and never restarted it. Montana, the maintenance guy, has been ABSOLUTELY amazing in assisting with all of our work orders. We had a rocky start when we first moved in and whenever Tricon changed to our property management company, Montana has been the one to always complete our work orders and is just great. We had a huge crack in our fridge that i didn’t even know about but the fridge drawer wouldnt open unless you pulled really hard. Montana came and looked at it and said we need a new fridge. Worst place I ever rented from. This company does not care about you, all they want is to get the most money they can from you. Please stay away from them.
I’ve been in my home for 6 months and now just realizing my rent keeps on increasing, lease agreement $1823.40 now $1946.80. Every time I call there’s a 45+ min wait. Today someone picked up asked me questions and put me back on hold for 20 mins, then someone completely different came on the phone after. They charge different service fees every month, it ranges from $1.87 to 42.43 someone please explain to me what’s going on!?
