I believe a company is only as good as its employees and how they treat them. I was a loyal employee for 8 years never any issues and I truly cared about my job, until one day I was urgently hospitalized and nearly lost my life. I missed 4 weeks of work. I was then fired, via email at 7:30 pm on on a Friday night. Not even the courtesy of a phone call or a meeting. Just fired.
