Worst company ever. We sent 3 boxes to Sri Lanka and we had to organise 4 different times because these people can’t do anything. It’s easier to get Australian citizenship than deal with these people. We organised our driver to pick up our boxes instead of my father, we filled out necessary paperwork that trico Sri Lanka sent us and even got it signed by a jvp but trico refuses to give our boxes to driver even after we filled out their stupid paper work. Wouldn’t recommend these people at all. Scam!!!
Boxes never arrive on time. Always make some confusion with it.
I recently used this service to send a box to Sri Lanka, and overall, I can recommend them. The Hallam warehouse service was very friendly and the pricing was quite reasonable. The total transit time was around 45 days. Collection was at the Kurunegala branch. Communication on that end was a bit delayed, it took us a few attempts to get through on the phone to book a pickup date and time. My boxes arrivel to srilanka july 31st but until now no any call or massage today i will call to galle warehouse still my boxes in colombo if i not call today they don't care about my boxes.now they asked plenty documents and my family need to go and pick up colombo warehouse l paying delivery charges they not re pound my money .verry bad customer care.
Extreme waiting times when picking up from Sri Lanka Galle warehouse.Had to wait more than five hours just to pick up one box. Went there on time they said. Take necessary actions to minimise the waiting times.
