Trico is the worse builder, There is no customer value for them, everything they do as standard. One of the examples is they started construction of our home without our signature on blueprint, our sales manager (wolf willow) said blue print review is just a curtsy. There is a Trico homes policy written on their Trico home building process saying that customer and sales manager review together the final blueprint and address any errors which were not considered in the blueprint.
