I am very upset with the warranty services of Trico homes. I moved in my house less than a year ago and i am having issues with the fitting of my washing machine. I have been requesting Trico warranty from last 1 month since i had a bad leak from my washer. They are not trying to understand the situation and asking me to pay to have someone come and take a look at the fitting and explain the leak. I am wondering if someone from main management team of Trico can please help me with this situation.
Sam was really helpful during all the process but make sure before you get your keys everything is already done. Because its been almost 3months since we got our house . Our garage pad is still not done . Construction team is very slow and lazy . They will come for 10 minutes just to do one thing after you send 10 emails to finish your work .
