Overall it's overpriced for what you get. Building is older, cleanliness is very much lacking unfortunately. Compared to other centers, it isn't a good bang for your buck. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
Having Trico close to home and with such a great variety of fitness classes and dropping times has been a Godsend for myself and my husband. From The Teams that plan the programs and run the fitness classes to the staff that keep the facility running and clean, Trico is a wonderful asset for the south Calgary communities. Fees are very reasonable for retired senior couples and the staff are always encouraging. Thanks Trico!
It's an ok arena. Has a jugo juice, has heaters and good size change rooms.
Great gym, friendly staff! Will stay a member :)
