Miriam and Her Team were absolutely Outstanding. The facility was clean and modern, and there was a real sense of warmth and community at the Trico Centre. I really enjoyed my Visit and can't wait to come back!

Trico provides a welcoming environment. After nearly two years I have lost inches and pounds while gaining strength and flexibility. A great mix of opportunities for working out.

I have been a member of Trico for a very long time. And it never occurred to me to ahare with you also this place has consistently been . The service, quality of well maintained equipment, and the fact that you never have to lineup to use the equipment, as they are well stocked, and there is always plenty of room for stretching and related activities. The staff is always ready to help and especially the Frances is always smiling and welcome. With the rising costs out there, they have kept their pricing very fair. For me the ... read more

Have been using Trico fitness Centre for over 10 years. Very pleased with it and look forward to coming here each week. The fitness staff are awesome as they are visible, helpful and friendly. The 40 day challenge is just that and have learned new things from participating in it the last few years. Front desk staff make your entry in to the gym very welcoming. Just an all round, positive experience.
