I want to express my sincere appreciation to the property staff and everyone in the leasing office for making my move into the Trico Building apartments so easy and smooth. Each individual contributed uniquely to this positive transition: Tori introduced me to the building, giving a knowledgeable tour that immediately sold me on the property. She answered all my questions right away. Alicia guided me through the entire application process and the move-in logistics. Jessica has been a tremendous help with all my mail and pack... read more

We are very happy with our experience during our first year at Trico apartments. Our apartment is very comfortable, has a great view, and the building is in walking distance to so many places. All of the staff have been very helpful. Jessica is great to work with and very responsive. I appreciate the efforts for community events. It's nice to have clean hallways and parking garage, as well as trash pickup. My biggest concern is the lack of year-round access to the dog park. This is the BEST apartment complex in Buffalo, NY hands down. Before moving in it was my first time renting an apartment and I was worried about renting. Jessica made me and my girlfriend SO comfortable with the process and made us feel valued and appreciated as new tenants. We originally signed a 6 month lease and before the lease was even up we decided to sign for another year. Living here is like living in a luxury, sanctuary hotel. The amenities are to die for. I use the gym daily which is always clean and in good workin... read more

(See update below) The units and building are undeniably gorgeous… no complaints there. But the actual living experience feels unnecessarily restrictive and overly controlled. Instead of feeling like home, there’s an odd sense of being constantly monitored, like your presence is being noted more than welcomed. It creates an atmosphere that’s more tense than comfortable. There’s not a real sense of autonomy or privacy, just a constant undercurrent of being managed. For a place that presents itself as luxury living, it’s surpr... read more

Don't even think about it without perfect credit, $13,000 a month income will mean absolutely nothing, they will not take into consideration that you can provide in our case 10 years of landlords who would vouch for you, but will take into account COVID causing issues with payments on things but have since been paid in full, $13k a month with rent payments through COVID means nothing, but missing a few months of credit cards while suddenly being unemployed then fixing it which torpedoed your credit and fixing it but that's n... read more
