Trico was an exceptional place to call home! The apartments are high-quality, the amenities are fantastic, and indoor parking is a great perk. Most importantly, the management team is outstanding. When we first moved in, we encountered minor parking issues, and Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t inconvenienced. Later, when we had to relocate, Lauren and Jessica were incredibly helpful in making the move-out process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Trico and considering it a place to call home.

This is the best apartment complex in buffalo, really warm welcoming, friendly neighborhood, and nice spacious living. I’ve been to multiple complexes but this one is by far the best %100. The amenities are a Beautiful rooftop area, lounge area, and a really nice gym. You can’t beat it !

The units and building are undeniably gorgeous… no complaints there. But the actual living experience feels unnecessarily restrictive and overly controlled. Instead of feeling like home, there’s an odd sense of being constantly monitored, like your presence is being noted more than welcomed. It creates an atmosphere that’s more tense than comfortable.
