A bit expensive, but nice. I've lived here for about 2 years. No complaints.
I reported a roof leak in my unit in August 2025. Nearly 8 months later, there is still no repair completed and no clear timeline. In December 2025, management mentioned they needed a permit to fix the roof, but there has been no communication since—no status updates, no completion date, and no indication of whether the permit has been obtained.
