I hadn't visited Kimberley in over 30-years. Much has changed, obviously, including that this resort did not exist back then. So, it was a very pleasant surprise to be able to stay here, at the base of the ski hill, surrounded by the trees and snow. It's also obvious that the resort has helped the community after the major employer closed operations by observing all of the luxury homes around the resort and above it up the mountain. Location is fantastic. But the place was marginal at best. We stayed for almost a week and there was no dresser in the room for our clothes and only 3 hangers in the very small closet. Our room was never cleaned. But, we did ask for fresh towels (3 days in) and they were available. The restaurant service was poor and the food was marginal. Fortunately, there are many great places to eat in Kimberly. We were there in the off season and the resort and townsite were quiet. Rooms are comfortable.

Great stop in Kimberly! My only regret was I wasn’t here over the ski season - but that’s a reason to come back. Rooms were great, staff were exceptional. Thank you Trickle Creek!
