This was definetly the worst place I have ever stayed. I have never been treated so badly in my life. The manegers are rude, if you need any help they will refuse to even have a conversation. One of them yelled and hang up on me like I was a piece of trash. They also charged our cards without even properly explaning what happened. They have a terrible costumer service, uncountable the amount of times I wanted to talk to someone on the reception and they simply wouldn’t be there. Sinceramente,a única coisa boa era a localização. A estrutura deles era aceitável,porém cara para o que oferece,e falta muita coisa básica como produtos de limpeza.(não estávamos preparados para ter esse tipo de gasto,visto que o preço do quarto já é muito caro).
