Ideal location, however rooms are quite dated. We travelled as a family of 4. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. Couch was stained. We had to get one of the beds changed because it was dirty. Ants running along counter tops. We had to wash the dishes / cutlery before use as these were either stained or dusty. Really good spot and location and it is the best if there was more than one power point in kitchen and really good staff and kind people
Reception guy was friendly and answered he's phone when office was closed. Unfortunately the room we stayed in wasn't comfortable, bed mattresses need updating, kettle leaked water, iron did not work and the sofa bed under the mattress was dirty with crumbs Honestly for the price you pay, l think at least make sure mattress are updated. We solely booked this hotel for our 5 yrs old grandson to swim and enjoy time playing in the pool. Heated pool as it states in booking.com. The pool was freezing for the month of August.
We're still here but I highly recommend coming here close to the beach and shops way better than other hotels/ motels amazing service super kind if you need any help they go out of there way with whatever it is we are 100% coming back the rooms are great it's makes you feel like you are at home couldn't be happier the atmosphere is amazing here !! ✨️
Rooms a bit dated. We saw one reception staff member in the evening with his dressing gown on. Location is wonderful
