Disgraceful business return practice. I bought this last night and the store employee (Koa) opened the packaging and damaged it, I ask if I need to make a return if it would be an issue and he said it would not be. Tonight I did come to return it and was told by a different store employee I could not return it due to packaging. I explained this and asked them to speak to the next person up and was again told that they did not care and would not refund me. They have store cameras and could have contacted the employee.
