I was sold a defective refurbished phone and when I returned it for a refund within 7 days as per the purchase policy the store manager refused my refund request stating I had used the phone,, makes no sense.. no customer service and totally unfair by consumer law.. I was here on holiday and had to return home otherwise I would have persuade legal action.. avoid doing business with this company I highly recommend…

Was visiting International Marketplace and found this gem—Tricked Out Accessories had a really good spread of refurbished phones, especially iPhones. They even offer phone repairs, and their accessories come with a lifetime warranty. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Waikiki!
