Sophie is awesome! She had several people in the store needing her help and she took care of everyone with great care and kindness! We even talked about Spider-Man!
Janell was awesome! Replaced my heavily cracked front and back glass in 2 hours 45 minutes. She helped me get the paperwork to repair through insurance, and answered all my questions. Whatever she’s getting paid, it’s not enough!
My overall experience was good. The service was good, the product is good. I was, however, disappointed to learn they are charging for every credit card purchase. To avoid it, you need to use cash. Who carries cash these days?
Worker acknowledged me by saying welcome in. She attended me quickly. Told me it would take 15-20 min since she was working on on a repair. I was just replacing my screen protector.
She was very helpful and was able to repair my cracked phone in exactly the amount of time she said she would. And the price was reasonable.
